This role is based in our Headquarter in Brussels and involves regular travels worldwide.

Concretely, the Global Business Process Owner (BPO) Plan-to-Forecast spans overall responsibility for end to end Plan-to-Forecast & Supply Chain processes (from demand to planning to logistics execution and distribution).

The role is responsible for the design, identification, development and deployment of the global Plan-to-Forecast operating model and business processes in the to-be solutions (SCM, ERP, WMS... systems), that will support and enhance the supply chain, in line with the group strategy and integration.

It involves working alongside with the Global governance entities (Global Functional Council, Global program leadership), the design and implementation teams (Core Teams, Subject Matter Experts, business stakeholders, solution experts) and the regions, business units, countries, manufacturing and distribution sites to ensure compliance with the defined processes.

The Plan-to-Forecast Global Business Process Owner will also coordinate with the other functional BPOs and tackle functional integration and cross-functional topics.

The Global Business Process Owner (BPO) role is a strategic and challenging role in Aliaxis’ Global ERP Program. It is the ideal step for a professional having gained at least 15 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain, with a focus on process excellence or/and optimization, and with a relevant experience with ERP implementation.
